Shipping policy

At High Tea with Elephants, we aim to make getting your favourite finds to you as easy as possible. Please see our shipping and collection options below.

1. Shipping within South Africa

Flat-rate delivery: R130

We deliver nationwide using local courier services. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number and link so you can follow your delivery.

In-stock items

Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days from dispatch, depending on your delivery address.

Made-to-order items

Made-to-order products require approximately 2–4 weeks for production, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery will take place once production is complete and the order has been dispatched.

Please note that production and delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Delivery requirements

A physical delivery address and contact telephone number are required for all online orders.

2. International Shipping

We welcome enquiries from international customers and can assist with overseas deliveries using courier services such as DHL and PostNet.

International shipping is not available through our standard online checkout. Please contact us for a courier quote before placing your order.

Shipping costs will depend on your destination, parcel size, weight and the courier service selected. Once we have confirmed the shipping cost and delivery arrangements with you, we will advise you on how to proceed with your order.

Customs, duties and taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

3. In-Store Collections

You are welcome to collect your order from our store in Hoedspruit.
