We deliver nationwide using local courier services. A tracking number and link will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.
In stock items: Delivery will take between 2 - 4 working days, dependent on the shipping address.
Made to order items: Once an order is received, production takes between 2 - 4 weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays).
A physical address and a contact number is required for all orders placed online.
International Shipping
Flat fee: R600
We can assist with international shipping anywhere in the world via DHL and Postnet. Please email info@highteawithelephants.com for more information.
International Taxes and Duties: Recipients are responsible for any customs or import duties charged by the receiving company.
